Work With Me
Five ways in.
They share an underlying thread: helping smart people stop performing for everyone else and start trusting themselves. The format and the audience change. The work doesn't.
01
Executive Coaching
One-on-one with seasoned and new leaders who are effective at most of what they do and stuck on the one thing that matters.
Who it's for
You've been promoted past where instinct alone gets you through. You're carrying more weight than you used to, and the gap between your competence and your confidence is starting to widen. Most people around you can't see that gap. You can.
What we work on
Whatever's in the way. Most often: communicating directly without softening it into nothing, trusting your own read of a situation, saying no without performing the explanation. The specifics vary. The pattern doesn't.
Format
Six-month minimum. Biweekly hour-long sessions. Async support between sessions when something can't wait. We start from where you are, not from a curriculum.
What people leave with
Less time spent negotiating with themselves before deciding. Faster access to what they already know. Less reliance on external confirmation for things they've already figured out.
02
Leadership Training
Custom workshops that expose how your people make decisions under pressure. Built around what your team needs, not pulled off a shelf.
Who it's for
Companies running real situations at real scale who need their leaders to think more clearly when it matters. I've run these at Fortune 500s, manufacturing, hospitality, media, and startups. Different industries, same underlying problem.
What's in it
Workshops are scenario-based. We work with situations your team is already navigating, not invented ones. Half the value surfaces during the session. The other half is in the language your team builds for it after.
Topics I'm asked about most
Decision-making under uncertainty. Communication that lands. Leadership identity. How high-functioning people lose access to their own judgment, and how they get it back.
Format
Half-day, full-day, or multi-session series. Virtual or in-person. I'll ask what your people are dealing with before we shape the agenda.
03
Coach Mentoring
For working coaches who want to deepen their practice. Mentoring, supervision, and the kind of honest feedback that helps you become the coach you think you already are.
Who it's for
Coaches preparing for ACC, PCC, or MCC credentials. Coaches who finished their training and now have to figure out how to do this for real. Coaches who haven't gotten honest feedback from another coach in a while and feel it.
What we do
Recorded session reviews against ICF competencies. Mock sessions for credential prep. Conversations about what's happening in your practice that you can't bring to your clients or your peers.
Why this is different
I'm PCC credentialed and I built CredentialPrep, an AI prep tool used by coaches working toward all three ICF credentials. The mentoring uses what the tool can't do: another human watching closely, picking up on what you can't see in yourself.
Format
Ongoing monthly mentoring or short-term credential prep packages. Virtual sessions. We work from your real client recordings when possible.
04
Speaking & Facilitation
Talks and facilitation built around how high-functioning people lose access to their own judgment. I facilitate as well as I speak, which not everyone can say.
Topics
Leadership identity and the cost of performance. Decision-making under pressure. Why competence and confidence stop tracking each other after a certain level. The performing-vs-trusting framework and what to do about it.
Where I've spoken
Industry conferences, leadership development programs, executive offsites, coaching organizations. HR conferences and leadership summits where the audience buys coaching for executives.
Facilitation, separately
I facilitate panels, leadership offsites, and group conversations where the goal is to get smart people thinking out loud together. Different skill from speaking. Same underlying work.
What you'll get
A talk built around your audience and what they're dealing with, not a stock keynote. I'll ask questions before agreeing to a date. I won't take it if I don't think I can land it for your room.
05
AI Tools for Coaches
I build AI-powered tools for coaches and coaching organizations. CredentialPrep is the first one shipped. There's more in development.
CredentialPrep
ICF exam and session evaluation prep for coaches working toward ACC, PCC, or MCC. Scenario-based exam questions, transcript evaluation against ICF competencies, AI feedback that names what was happening in the session. Used by coaches at all three levels. credentialprep.com →
Custom builds
I build custom tools for coaching practices, training programs, and coaching networks. Practice transcript analyzers. Session feedback systems. Internal training tools. Exam prep for non-ICF credentials. If you have something in mind, get in touch.
Why me
I'm a working coach who builds, not a developer who happens to coach. That tends to matter for what gets built and how. The tools I make are the ones I wished existed when I was studying for my own credentials.
Also under this umbrella
Custom websites for coaches who don't want a generic Squarespace template. Smaller projects, but I take them on when the brief is interesting. See creative projects for the full list.
If none of these obviously fits, that's fine.
Most conversations start with a question or a situation, not a pitch. If you're not sure whether the work is relevant, ask.
